Lazio Rosso Parentes

Parentes in Latin means "Parents".  Featuring the profiles of Lorenzo and Fulvia, the label is a source of inspiration for their daughters Sara and Giulia, the first generation of only women to manage the estate.  Parentes is a Lazio Rosso IGT made from a small production of Syrah and Cesanese grapes, for a full, warm, spicy glass with a succulent sip and dense texture. It is a perfect pairing with beef steaks, pasta with meat sauces, but also with great classic Roman cuisine dishes such as Abbacchio (lamb) and Coda alla Vaccinara.
