Bric Balin comes from the amphitheater where the winery is located, on the western side with a white limestone clays soil that gives the wine freshness and power. The soil is made up of laminated Sant’Agata fossil marl that is rich in clay. Exposure to cool air, combined with clay, produces wine with good structure and character. The color is a beautiful intense garnet red, and its aroma presents fruity and complex scents. It has a fresh full-bodied flavor with powerful tannins, and perfect accompaniment with dishes made with stewed or grilled red meats, cured meats, game, and medium-aged cheeses.
