
Il Pino
Born in 2000 and loned with the dedicating passion of Jessica Pellegrini, a young volcanic wine lover, Fattoria del Pino is a new and tiny gem from Montalcino. The winery is located in the west side of Montosoli, one of the most highly reputed Crus in the appellation. All the vineyards are planted exclusively with Sangiovese Gross and according the vines age, the fruits are dedicated to Toscana IGT Vin Vale, Rosso di Montalcino and Brunello di Montalcino.
Jessica’s approach, both, in the vineyards and in the cellar, is extremly natural. Organic practise using only natural fertilization, without chemical products in the vineyards. In the cellar the wines are fermented in traditional way without use of selected yeats or temperature control.
