Review
The 2015 Teodoro is a blend of Sangiovese with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Bold, rich and explosive in the glass, the 2015 delivers serious fruit intensity and structure. The international varieties are not especially evident in the flavor profile, but are felt more in the wine’s depth and textural richness.

Review
The 2016 Teodoro is a blend of Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Plump, juicy and forward, the 2016 offers plenty of punch in its bright red fruit. Cedar, tobacco, licorice and spice give the Teodoro a good deal of brightness. Readers will find a mid-weight Tuscan red with a lot of character. The 2016 is not an obvious, blockbuster red, but it has a lot to say.

A blend of Sangiovese, 20% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, this opens with enticing aromas of black-skinned berry, leather and cooking spice. The savory, balanced palate offers blackberry jam, tobacco and clove alongside chewy tannins. Drink through 2027.

Review
The 2017 Teodoro is a blend of Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Although the Rosso doesn’t have the translucent energy of the Chiantis in this range, it is deep, fleshy and marvelously delicious. Succulent black cherry, plum, chocolate, licorice, cloves and menthol infuse the 2017 with notable darkness and texture. Readers will find a pretty lush wine that offers tons of pure pleasure. I loved it.

Review
The 2018 Teodoro, a blend of Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, is a wine of tremendous substance and power. Cabernet aromatics are beguiling, but it is the wine's balance that ultimately carries the day. Dried herbs, licorice, leather and earthy undertones a core of dark red fruit beautifully.

Expressive aromas of plum, blackberry and kirsch are augmented by wild herbs and savory underbrush in this intense, delineated red. Iron, tobacco and tea notes add even more layers. Solidly built and vibrant. Terrific length. One for the long haul. Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Best from 2023 through 2045. 150 cases made, 20 cases imported.

Lots of blackcurrant, raspberry and cherry character. It’s very bright and energetic with fine tannins and very pretty fruit. Fine, crafted tannins and a pretty finish. Blend of sangiovese, merlot and cabernet sauvignon. From organically grown grapes. Drinkable now, but another year or two would be right for this. Try after 2021.

Review
The 2019 Teodoro is another powerful, full-throttle wine from Simone Santini. Super-ripe red fruit, licorice, cedar, tobacco and rose petal fill out the layers. This tannic, brooding Sangiovese-based blend is not especially forthcoming today, but it does offer plenty of richness. Whether or not the tannins soften is an open questions.. I am also not sure the international varieties add much of note here.

Review
The 2022 Chianti Colli Senesi is a rich, heady wine. Super-ripe red cherry, cedar, pipe tobacco, mint and dried flowers are all dialed up in this lush, succulent Chianti Colli Senesi. The style is a bit pushed because of the ripeness of the year, but this is nicely balanced.
