Piemonte Chardonnay

Piemonte Chardonnay grapes are harvested from a vineyard dating back to the 1990s, followed by direct pressing, two months of batonnage, steel only, and then bottling. The glass releases aromas of a basket of tropical fruits, with pineapple dominating. A sip of great tension, overall, the approach is very summery.
