Pinot Grigio is the most cultivated variety in the whole of Trentino and the most iconic and representative of the Vallagarina vineyards. It is born and cultivated on the best hills around Santa Margherita where it manages to express not only the peculiarities of the vine (fruity and mineral notes), but also the characteristics of the calcareous soils.
