Review
This is spicy, its cherry, raspberry and floral notes shaded by vanilla, charred oak and tar accents. There is also a raisiny element, yet overall, this red feels balanced and there is ample fruit to offset the assertive tannins. Best from 2023 through 2039. 250 cases made, 100 cases imported.

Review
Entrancing, fragrant nose with roses and all manner of bright, leafy nuances on offer, as well as a strong thread of wild herbs and grasses and abundant red fruit. The palate has a very rich, sweet core of succulent, fleshy red-cherry flavor. The tannins are smooth and ripe. Great length here. Drink or hold.

Review
Grasso’s 2015 Barolo Giachini is dark, sensual and enveloping. Black cherry, plum, leather, smoke and tobacco add to an impression of gravitas as this brooding La Morra Barolo shows off its distinctive personality. This is one of the more potent wines in this range.

Review
Slighty amber tone to the ruby red color. Aromas of dried flowers, plums nad peaches follow through to a medium body, with firm yet fine-grained tannins. Fresh and vivid at the end. Needs four orfive years to soften. Drink after 2026.
