The "Buca delle Rane" Extra Dry delights the palate with a delicate, but still balanced, sweetness, maintaining its distinctive freshness. A well-balanced wine with a lingering finish in which the sugar content brings out its finesse. Prise de mousse and maturation take place over approximately 90 days, followed by another month of ageing in bottle. It is a perfect versatile companion, capable of enhancing the delicacy of a wide range of light dishes and appetizers.
