Barbera d’Alba

The  Barbera d'Alba grapes come from a 70-year-old vineyard and aging is one year in second-pass barriques with light toasting.  It is an excellent wine for its explosive drinkability, founded on depth of color, notes of quinine, blood parts, drive, and nerve.
