Argenina is one of the oldest hamlets in the town of Monti. Il Palazzino owns 3 hectares of recently renovated vineyards near the town center, located 310 meters above sea level, with an exposure that goes from Southeast to Southwest. The land is of volcanic origin and has the characteristic yellow, ocher color of the tuff. The wines born from this soil are distinguished by their great pleasantness, harmony, freshness of fruit and their floral aromas. To enhance these characteristics, the grapes are fermented in steel vats at a lower temperature than the Grosso Sanese, to preserve the intensity of the primary aromas of the grapes. The refinement takes place in small oak barrels, or in used barriques. The intense fruity notes make it immediately pleasant and fascinating.
