Chardonnay is one of the most cultivated international grapes in the world and has been present in Trentino since the end of the 19th century. It appeared in the Santa Margherita area in the 1950’s and was simply known as “White Boyard” to underline its origin from the well-known French production area.
Chardonnay Vallagrina expresses fruity aromas of pineapple and golden apple, typical of the Alpine area.
