Bolgheri Imeneo

Imeneo was the son of Bacchus and Venus and was the God of weddings and protector of couples. This is the Bolgheri Rosso of Villanoviana: separate vinification for Merlot and Cabernet Franc (60-40 proportions) in concrete tanks, aging in French oak barrels for 10 months and 6 months in bottle. Here, the territory begins to be recognized for its approach of gait and rhythm: red and black fruits at maturity, toasty nuances, spicy notes of black pepper and mace compose the olfactory spectrum. The sip is dynamic, straight, determined, and full of personality.
