The company’s flagship is Villanoviana and fully describes the new Bolgheri course that looks at Cabernet Franc in purity as the protagonist of the territory: pre-fermentative maceration without pressing, whole berry fermentation at controlled temperature at 77°F, aging in oak for 18 months with 24 months in the bottle. The aroma is airy and develops on essences of spices and red fruits, cherries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries, and dried flowers. In the mouth, the signature of the grape unfolds: roundness, sweetness, balsamic notes, and herbal sections. The persistence is boundless, of total cleanliness and elegance.
