To discover all the potential of the Barbaresco from Geografic Mention “Montersino” from San Rocco Seno d’Elvio, in the 2012 harvest the family decided to vinify the Nebbiolo grapes separately. Thus showing a concrete value to a particular territory of ancient calcareous and sandy soils, and is the highest vineyards the family holds.
