The Langa is an area rich in red vines, but not as many whites. Given the altitude and climate the Boschis family wanted to grow a white grape variety, Sauvignon Blanc was the obvious choose.
After harvest, the grapes undergo a cold maceration for 3 days, fermentation takes place in steel, and the wine ages in old wood barriques & tonneau for 6 months. It is a rich and powerful wine, very fragrant, with hints of exotic fruits, elderberry, nettle.
