Rosa Salae is a Rosè made from the same Aglianico grapes as the Salae Domini. Salae recalls the hilly area where the vineyards are located, with southwest exposure and clayey, calcareous soil. The grapes are harvested when not fully ripe to preserve their optimal acidity. Vinification with soft pressing, static settling, must fermented in steel tanks, then aged in steel. A pale pink color, with notes of cherries, currants, pomegranates and rosehip, with a fresh, savory taste.
