Castellucci Miano was the first winery in Sicily to focus on Perricone grape and vinify it as a single varietal, hence the name PerricOne translates to ‘the first’. Perricone is a native grape, little known outside our territory, but with enormous potential. It is an intense wine characterized by notes of red fruit and a full-bodied palate. It is a courageous choice to focus on this grape, one that they are confident will strengthen in the future.
Sustainable certified wine by ‘SosTain Viva’ (Italian Quality System of Sustainable Production).
