Piedirosso, Aglianico and Sciascinoso are cultivated at the foot of Mount Faito with soil rich in volcanic ash, 400 meters MASL, then blended to obtain the savory Gragnano. The microclimate is very particular due to the high day-night temperature range, resulting in a wine of intense, exuberant colors, with an aromatic concentration of violets and wildflowers. On the palate, it is satisfying, lively, soft and fruity.
