This Rosato was born in 2014, a year whose harvest was particularly abundant and suitable for the production of this type of wine.
The Rosato is produced with grapes harvested at a precocious stage in order to obtain a fresh, pleasantly sour and fruity wine. Only a few bunches are coosen, so as to leave the remaining fruits onto the vines, to be later used to produce high-quality red wines after another 15-20 days of maturation.
The grapes are then placed in steel vats from which only the free run juice is withdrawn immediately, that is the best part of must, devoid of any astringent or excessively rough component.
