Toscana Rosato

Toscana Rosato was born in 2014, a year the harvest was particularly abundant and suitable to produce this type of wine. The wine originates from an early harvest, choosing only a few bunches and leaving the remaining fruits on the vines, which will be used later to produce high-quality red wines after another 15-20 days of maturation. The grapes are placed in steel vats from which only the free run juice is withdrawn immediately.  It is the best part of must, devoid of any astringent or excessively rough component. The result is a fresh rosé, pleasantly sour and fruity.
