Pignoletto Frizzante Colli Bolognesi Nebbia Felsinea

This wine has a double meaning, Felsinea is the old name of the city of Bologna and Nebbiaie, meaning of fog because of it's turbid appearance. Pignoletto is the typical white wine of Bologna and Fiorini is on the border with the two production areas of Lambrusco and Pignoletto. Felsinea Nebbiaie is produced with ancestral method, non-classical method, therefore second refermentation in the bottle, no disgorging, no liquer de tirage and no residual sugar, it’s dry; the wine is bottled in March with 10 mg / liter of residual sugar.
