Puglia Bianco Càrparo

'Càrparo' is the name of the tuff of marine origin typical of Gioia del Colle in Apulia. This wine is a selection of the Minutolo variety, from spur-pruned vines on calcareous-clayey soil. Harvested manually in small crates during the early morning hours between the end of September and the beginning of October. The ripely picked grapes maceratare on the skins for a 4-6 days period, thus showing a distinctive aroma already in the pressing phase.
