The Gewürztraminer is the typical variety cultivated in the Trentino Alto Adige, where the aromatic component is its main peculiarity. In the Vallagarina area, it manages to maintain an excellent balance between aroma and body. This allows the wine to express intense floral notes of old roses while maintaining freshness and excellent drinkability linked to the fact that there is no residual sugar.
