Dolcetto d’Alba Ronchella

The name Ronchella comes from 'Roncola', a curved agricultural tool, this wine is called so due to the shape of Lano's vineyard that recalls this tool. Made with 100 % Dolcetto grapes this elegant wine on the nose has red fruits and cinnamon hints and on the palate has intense and enveloping long lasting tannins. Aged in concrete tanks & stailness steel tanks for 12 months the estate produces circa 2.500 bottles. Produced in Treiso this ruby red wine has scents of red fruits and floral notes. A full-bodied, soft and harmonious wine that can be paired to appetizers, meat-based first courses (recommended with the traditional Piedmontse first course Tajarin al Ragù), red meat second courses, non-mature cheeses.
