As the name implies, the only ingredient is the grapes! Simone created Ingredienti Uva thanks to a dear friend who challenged him to make a totally natural wine without any addition of chemical elements. The sulfites present are those created by indigenous yeasts during fermentation, with no additions at any stage of wine production. Made with 100% Sangiovese grapes from Santa Lucia’s vineyard at 250 MASL. Fresh with evident and supple tannins.
