This cru is born from the careful selection of grapes coming from the single vineyard called “Vigna ai Sassi”. The grapes are harvested, destemmed and left to macerate for 24 hours, then 5% Chardonnay vines from a neighboring grape variety are added. A long stay on the fermentation bed enriches the wine with floral aromas, a great complexity and intensity.
