Birbét Mosto d’Uva parzialmente fermentato

“Birbet” means “rascal” in Italian, and it is the name of the Brachetto wine made in the Roero area. The grape variety has a long cluster. Birbet has always been considered the wine for festivities, “a wine for women”. Documents dated 1879 testify the presence of Brachetto grapes only in the Roero area.
