Martignago
Serving temperature 10 °C
Pairings Pizza, vegetables, mushrooms, eggs, baked pumpkin and speck
Color Greenish yellow
Nose Crisp apple, grapefruit and verbena
Palate Full bodied with saltiness cleaned up by a citrus acidity afterwards, with bitter notes on the end
Symbolizing the tradition of Glera refermented in the bottle without disgorgement, or what the estate calls “wine-with-the-bottom”, this wine adheres to the Colfondo Agricolo Project by the Treviso Independent Winegrowers. Vibrant effervescence with an intense straw color. Sensations of ripe pear and golden apple intertwine with mineral notes and characterise the nose. On the palate, the bubbles are creamy and quite subtle, enlivening a flavorful mouthfeel.
