Tasting Notes
Serving temperature 18-20 °C
Pairings Risotto, meat and game dishes, medium and long-aged cheeses
Color Ruby red with rosy reflection
Nose Elegant and delicate with notes of dried flowers and cherries, but also menthol and slight balsamic nuances. Great structure
Palate Tart cherry, old rose and iodine aromas are mirrored sharply onto an ample, energetic salinity that morphs quickly to velvety elegance which in turn is buoyed, carried forward and finished by vibrant but fine tannins
