Coste della Sesia Nebbiolo Velut Luna

"Oh fortuna, velut luna, statu variabilis..." is the most famous part of the opening line from the Carmina Burana by composer Carl Orff: Fortune is variable and changeable like the moon.  Nebbiolo is also unpredictable and presents itself in different ways. A full-bodied, savory, and tannic wine, with a beautiful garnet red color and a bold flavor. Suitable for risottos, meat dishes, and medium-aged cheeses. Aging potentials of 10 years.
