Gattinara Pietro

This Gattinara, made 100% with Nebbiolo grapes from vines planted between the year 1970 and 2000, is dedicated to Paride’s father, Pietro, who instilled in him his love for the vineyard and his passion for making wine. A garnet red color and orange highlights, with aromas of roses and violets, austere and elegant on the palate. After vinification in stainless steel, it ages in Tonneaux for at least 30 months. Processing takes place entirely by hand due to the steep nature of the soil and narrow planting system. Aging potentials of 15 years and more.
