Gattinara Riserva

Paride Iaretti’s Gattinara Riserva is made with Nebbiolo 100% grapes coming from historical vineyards, located in Gattinara, planted between 1985 and 1995. Red garnet in color that will, in time, tend to orange and golden highlights. The aroma is intense and persistent, with notes of roses and violets, dried figs, liquorice, and spices. In the mouth it is warm, dry, and austere. Pairs perfectly with red meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses. A classic Alto Piemonte wine with an aging potential of 15 years and more.  Born to age.
