Gattinara Vigna Valferana

From the vineyards in the Valferana hills, this Gattinara is born on a very peculiar volcanic soil, which accompanies the porphyry with an important presence of iron crystals that give this Cru a particular minerality.  In the mouth it is elegant, full-bodied and savoury with ferrous nuances. A wine with great aging potential with scent of roses and violets and balsamic nuances. Pairs perfectly with venison, game, red meat and mature cheeses and risottos.
