Carmignano Carmione

This wine is produced by Fabrizio Pratesi in the LoLocco estate,owned by his family since 1875. The fruit for this blend of 70% Sangiovese, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot are grown at very low yields. Deep ruby-red in color with vibrant hues with aromas of vanilla, wild berries,black cherry, licorice and tobacco. e juicy tannins frame the layered avors of this well-dened, well-rounded wine. Pairs well with roasted meet, rabbit, game, and medium aged cheeses.
