The Vino Spumante Rosato Briolè is a Rosè version of the sparkling made with 100% Aglianico di Taurasi grapes and the Zero dosage method. The name is inspired by a procedure used to cut diamonds and give them their brilliance, similar to the bubbles sparkling nature. Light pink in color, and perlage with a fine and persistent texture. Strong aroma with notes of rose petals, red fruits and a soft bread crust. Softness is accompanied by a lively acidity.
