Langhe Nebbiolo

Starting with the Langhe Nebbiolo 2022 thing got serious with the king of all the Langhe and Piedmont. A hybrid aging approach between steel and wood, where the glass gives off scents of wild roses, the typical varietal note of melon rind belonging to Nebbiolo, and a respectable tannin considering the type.
