Giorgio Meletti Cavallari’s blockbuster is the Bolgheri Rosso Borgeri, the ancient dialectal name of the well-known village that describes the denomination, and is the first historic wine made by the company since 2002. It impresses with its versatility and the ability to capture and combine fruit, sweetness, and immediacy with technique, toasting, spicing, and opening. The palate is lively, flavorful, enveloping, with excellent acidity. The finish is clean and joyful, perfect for inviting to another sip.
