Gazzi is the name of a cru completely exposed to the South, where our best Pinot Grigio vineyards are located. These historic vineyards are over 60 years old, with soils rich in skeleton and very calcareous. This expresses the mineral and savory, almost salty, notes in the wine, as the Dolomites were once a seabed. An excellent wine with any meal that can withstand several years of aging.
