Fumin is an ancient autochthonous vine of the Aosta Valley, characterized by a deep skin color, verging on blue when ripening. This vine, with its slow maturation, traditional wine making process, and subsequent passage in various woods, offers a product with the characteristics of a great wine: fine, elegant and complex.
