Ebesco is inspired by the Latin ‘Erubescere’ which means “to blush”. It is a Tuscany IGT made with Merlot and Cabernet Franc (65-35%) from young vines and constitutes a nice concept of relaxed and easy drinking: the varieties are vinified separately in concrete, then blended and left to rest for 6 months in concrete tanks, ending with three months in bottle before being released into the market. In the glass, there are all the colors of freshness and drinkability typical of a carefree Bordeaux-style blend with its small black fruits, a slight hint of spice, and earthy parts.
