Barbicaia
Toscana La Ripa
The grapes selected for the production of La Ripa Bianco come from a small plot where several grape-varieties with an average age of 50 years are planted together. Despite the “field blend” technique is no longer used be- cause of its difficulty to manage, it is intimately linked to the pre-industrial viticulture of the past and for this reason it should not have been lost.
