Castel del Monte Riserva Le More

Castel del Monte Riserva Le More is an E.U. certified organic DOCG red wine, produced from pure Nero di Troia grapes at the family farm that has been making artisanal wine and oil since 1822 in Corato, Puglia. Clusters selection, soft pressing, macerated into rotating stainless-steel tanks, and hot-cold technique. Malolactic fermentation in steel, aged in 228-liter French oak barriques, a mix of first and second passage, and a similar time in bottles in the cellar at controlled temperature and humidity.  Following its evolution into the bottle is exciting because time smooths the structure and improves the elegance.  Riserva “Le More” is distributed four years after harvesting.
