A single-vineyard Barolo from Amalia Cascina in Langa, produced from a selection of grapes from the prestigious Fantini vineyard in Bussia. The Fantini vineyard lies at a higher altitude than the others belonging to the same cru and on soils consisting of Diano sandstone from the Tortonian period with a high percentage of sand. The Bussia Vigneto Fantini already expresses a certain readiness with notes of flowers, citrus fruits, and candied peels. The sip is brisk, flowing with great fluidity, and surprises in the finish with returns of pomegranate and passion fruit with a great idea of sweetness.
