At la Prendina, the Cabernet reaches its full ripening towards late. The grapes are manually harvested and the wine follows a traditional red vinification and an aging period in small barrels in contact with fine lees for a medium period. Certified by “SQNPI” (Italian Quality System of Integrated Production).
