The grapes of this Riesling are manually harvested at the beginning of September and vinified in an oxygen free environment to preserve all the aromas typical of this variety. The wine is aged into refrigerated tanks and left on its own lees with regular “batonnage” all winter. Once it has been stabilized, it is bottled in spring. Riesling Paroni La Prendina is a wine of great balance, with mineral notes which evolve with the maturation. Certified by "SQNPI" (Italian Quality System of Integrated Production).

Pairings Perfect with seafood and white meat plates. Due to the balance between acidity and sugars can be also paired with ethnic or spicy food
