Emilia Malvasia

Following their vocation, Solenghi is working on the vinification of Malvasia as a wine for aging. From 1999 to 2001, Gaetano produced a still Malvasia, aged in tonneaux, of which they still jealously preserve a few bottles today. An unreal vitality distinguishes these white wines with their great personality. Over time the aromatic notes of Malvasia have refined, giving a complexity that is impossible to find in youth. In 2018, Nicola returned to produce this label, aware of the potential of this vine. It is the latest challenge to demonstrate what this territory can offer.
