Irpinia Rosato

The vineyards cutivated to obtain this Rosato are located at approximately 550/600 MASL. The calcareous-clayey soil, rich in volcanic deposits, favors a maturity of the grapes around the end of October/beginning of November, a period in which the harvest is carried out meticulously by hand.It is characterized by hints of strawberry, fresh grass, plum and peony. The scent is very intense and floral. On the palate it has a savory, dry and soft flavour and at the first sip reminiscent of red fruits can be immediately be found.
