Antonio Caggiano named the wine in honor of this Algerian city in the Sahara Desert, which he visited during a trip with the famous photographer Franco Fontana. Made from 100% Fiano di Avellino grapes grown in a clay limestone mix at 400 MASL. Harvested in October, fermented in stainless steel, followed by bottle aging for 3 months. A beautiful golden yellow color with floral notes, dried fruits and a spicy aroma.
