Carmignano Riserva Il Circo Rosso
This wine is produced by Fabrizio Pratesi in the LoLocco estate,owned by his family since 1875. Only the best hand-harvested grape are used in this wine. Dark ruby-red in color with aromas of sweet red fruit with mineral undertones. On the palate it is rich and harmonious with good structure, so tannins and a lingering nish. Il Circo Rosso is the wine used to celebrate the Feast of Saint Michael, the patron Saint of Carmignano.

Pairings Red meats in general, grilled meats, dry and aged cheeses.
Color Deep ruby red, very intense with purple notes; slight garnet shades barely noticeable on the edge of the glass
Nose Fruity, ample, sweet, with evident spicy hints, elegant and persistent finish
Palate Full bodied fruity and oof dry Dense and silky tannis. Well balanced with, rich fruity and spicy sensations at the finish.
