Castel del Monte Bombino Fior di Ribes is produced in Corato, north of Bari Murge, Puglia, Italy, at 250 meters above sea level. The vines are approximately thirty years old, with a partial replanting carried out in 2023. It is a DOCG rosé wine, cultivated organically on calcareous soil, and hand harvested. It has a captivating, dry and savory taste, thanks to its freshness and good acidity.
