For over a century, Poderi Fiorini’s vineyards have produced excellent wine from the heart of Italy. The passion for viticulture led the estate to dedicate new energy to valorize the product of their territory, in the province of Modena. The aim is to express its richness and vigor through the vines that have taken root in this land since immemorial time.
Poderi Fiorini’s most typical and native products are the Lambrusco and the Pignoletto.
Located in Savignano sul Panaro on the last strip of the Bologna hills, they have 3 important DOC (‘Controlled Denomination of Origin’): Colli Bolognesi (Pignoletto, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Barbera, Sauvignon), Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro Doc, and Reno Dop.
Nearly 80% of the vineyards have South-East exposure and are completely organic. The vineyards covers 12 hectares, all worked by hand and manually harvested. The goal for the future is to allow the land to become the focal point and not just a tool.
